
For the month of February this is going to be my go-to lunch (for work).
Healthy Elvis:
Ingredients:
2 slices whole grain bread
2 tablespoons nut butter (I’m going to use peanut butter)
1 banana, sliced
1 tablespoon agave nectar (or honey)
Directions:
Toast bread, then spread nut butter on both slices. Layer sliced bananas in between the bread and drizzle with agave nectar.
